I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the mountains was perfect, as it was very close to the ski lift. The hotel facilities were great, with a small kitchen next to the rooms and free parking available. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also really enjoyed the delicious and diverse breakfast options.

The neighbors next door were quite loud and we could hear everything. Their noise was a bit disruptive and took away from the overall peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It was close to a beautiful waterfall and had a ski lift right next to it. This made it so convenient for both summer and winter activities. the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was great to come back to a cozy and tidy room after a long day of exploring.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the noise from the ski lift was quite bothersome.

villa winterpol in karpacz surpassed our expectations during our recent stay in the national park. the perfect location made it convenient to explore the area. the extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast and dinner options made our stay even more enjoyable. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
